Our History:
In April 2005, God saw fit to change our lives forever. Part of that change was to open the doors for us to start our own business.We completed our training and both became licensed home inspectors in September, 2005.I, Steve, went on to complete my CMI (Certified Master Inspector) training shortly there after.
I worked in Industrial Maintenance for 11 years prior to starting this business.My two biggest jobs were preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Kathy has been a home-school mom since 1997.She helps a lot behind the scenes of the business and as the children grow she is getting more and more involved.She is a licensed home inspector as well.
Through excellent training, a technical background, and the heart of a teacher, Kathy and I are bringing a unique approach to the real estate inspection business. We are in the people business and consider it a privilege to educate people about the purchase of their new home.
